Boot Camp Fusion Conditioning Weight Loss Workout (Video)
Do you remember a couple weeks ago when I shared that Fusion Conditioning boot camp workout video with you?
Quick note…if you want to watch that one, click here
What do you mean no? I thought you stored and re-read every single message I sent!
Anyway, if you don’t remember, I came up with a different “flavor” with the 10-minute workouts that boosts the overall intensity, but without increasing the intensity.
Is that confusing?
What I mean is that this style of workout increases the effectiveness (more calories burned and more fat lost), without making the demand on your body so high that you can’t function the rest of your day, or feel “wrecked.”
What I do is intelligently mix “metabolic” exercises with some regular resistance exercises to create a whirlwind of calorie burning.
This may not sound new, but the way workout is designed is pretty unique and effective.
I have another video demonstrating a sample Fusion Conditioning workout and I’d love for you to try it and then let me know what you think.
It’s pretty sweet and I know you’ll love it.
Fusion Conditioning Boot Camp Workout Video (Watch It…and then do it)
Short, simple and sweet, right?
Like I said earlier, the cool thing about this style of workout is that it creates a pretty high overall calorie demand, but it does it without wiping you out for the rest of your day/week and actually INCREASES your energy levels.
Another cool thing is that it’s expandable if you have extra time.
Let’s say that instead of having 10-minutes for a workout (after warm-up), you have 15.
I would do the workout for 7-minutes, take a short break and then do it another 7-minutes.
Or you could do it for 10-minutes, rest and do it another 5, but increase the workload a bit for the last 5 minutes.
Have 20 minutes?
Do the workout for 9-minutes, rest a minute and then do it again for 10-minutes…
…Or, you could combine the 2 Fusion Conditioning workouts I’ve given you over the last couple weeks and form a super-workout!
See what I’m saying?
One word of caution – don’t go beyond 20-25 minutes with this workout. I know you may be able to do it, but if you’re doing it properly and working at the proper intensity level, you won’t NEED to and if you have a stressful and hectic day, it could be detrimental to your energy levels and suppress your immunity a bit.
Plus it’s not designed to take that long.
Why workout longer than you have to?
A quality workout should get you in, work, and get you out so you can get on with your day…
Of course I’m right! I’m always right…everyone knows that!
All right, let’s end this on a serious note.
I am pretty amped about this whole Fusion Conditioning style and know it works well. I know it works well because I use it on clients and on myself and see, and feel, the results firsthand.
Give that weight loss workout video a go and I know you’ll be excited too.
