This month’s Workout Of The Month and Magazine are both pretty sweet. The magazine covers a couple different topics. First we talk about Resistance and the power it can hold over your life, then we discuss how to kick it’s butt.
We then move on to the ever-important, yet confusing topic of Snacking. Should you snack, should you not snack, what should you eat if you snack, etc. We then transition into Hunger (but not the Games). Being able to tell if you’re actually hungry is an oft overlooked aspect of weight loss, fitness, or just general health and wellness. There are times when you may think you’re hungry when you’re just thirsty. This section gives you some tips on how to figure out whether you’re hungry or just bored.
The Workout Of The Month is called Awesome Arms! It’s a series of 5-Minute Arms workouts, 10-Minute Full Body workouts and a Bodyweight Cardio workout. You are to do one of the 5-minute arms workouts before your 10-minute full body workout AND after it. Good times. As I said in the video above, I’m going to do this as my own personal program for the month of June because it was that much fun writing and filming (especially the 4th 5-minute arms workout).

Don’t forget that you can download any and all of the videos by “Right Clicking” the little blue “download” button on the bottom right corner of each video. Then, select “Save As” (or whatever the verbiage is on your computer) and save ‘em to your computer…just don’t forget where you saved them. That way you don’t have to worry about being connected to the internet or slow internet connections while doing your workouts.
