Who the heck is this Ed Scow?
I don’t like to toot my own horn, but it’s kinda necessary here so I’m going to give it a shot.
I have been a certified trainer for over 10 years, and also have 10 years experience as a licensed massage therapist specializing in deep tissue and sports massage – no spa foo-foo stuff
I have also owned and operated my private training studio, ELS Massage & Personal Training, for over 8 years where I have had the privilege of helping people just like you achieve their weight loss and fitness goals.
I have worked with everyone from high school students looking to get stronger and fit for athletics to 80-year old retirees wanting to maintain their level of fitness and everywhere in between.

My goal is to teach you to focus on the addition of the positive and let you realize that the positive feels good and gets you to your goal – if that happens, then the negative stuff won’t be a part of your life anymore.
That may sound like mental woo-woo mumbo jumbo, but it works and it works well.

From there, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation to make sure we’d be a good fit (surprisingly I don’t take all consultations as clients) and go from there.
I don’t make you sign up for long-term contracts either. We work together as long as it’s beneficial for you. If that’s 3 months, that’s awesome and totally fine. If it’s 2 days, that’s not so awesome, but it’s an option and there’s nothing stopping you from doing that. If it’s 2 years, which is the average time a client and I work together, then that is the coolest thing in the world!
What I’m saying is I’m not going to try to lock you in to something you don’t feel comfortable with. Other gyms and trainers try to sell you on long-term packages and give you sliding rate scales to get you locked in for a very, very long time. I don’t do that. I respect my clients too much for that and I also know that once you see the awesome results you’ll receive, you won’t want to leave!
To be blunt, my personal training services work and they work well!
In addition to my private training, I also offer small-group training and ladies only fitness classes, now called Metabolism Makeover, formerly called ELS Boot Camp. These small groups usually consist of a husband and wife or a couple of friends who have similar goals and could work well together, but want the privacy of personal training.
Something else that makes training at Fusion 105 truly unique is that given my background in massage therapy, especially Sports Massage, it allows me to give every one of my hourly clients a “Pre” and “Post” Sports Massage before and after each training session. This is done to help warm-up and cool-down the muscles as well as increase flexibility. Plus, it just feels good.
